Getting Started

Aroeno brings funeral planning and service coordination into one place. Start by creating an account, completing the information requested for your role, and exploring the dashboard. Features available to you depend on your account type and permissions.

For Families

Families can use Aroeno to organize arrangements, coordinate tasks, communicate with relevant people, discover funeral homes and providers, and keep important planning information together. Only share information that is necessary for the people involved in an arrangement.

For Funeral Homes, Vendors & Providers

Providers can use Aroeno to manage their business presence, respond to requests, coordinate services, and communicate with families. Keep business information accurate and only access customer information necessary to provide the requested service.

Account & Security

Use a unique password and keep your sign-in credentials private. Never share authentication codes or sensitive account information. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your credentials and contact Aroeno support as soon as possible.

Developers

Developer resources can be accessed through the Aroeno developer area. Integrations should authenticate securely, protect API credentials, validate input, respect user permissions, and avoid exposing private keys or service credentials in client-side code.

Developer resources

API references and integration guides can be added here as Aroeno's public developer API evolves.

Support

For account or platform problems, use the support/contact options provided by Aroeno. When reporting an issue, include enough information to reproduce it, but never send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or payment credentials.
