1. Using Aroeno
Aroeno provides tools for funeral planning, provider discovery, communications, memorials and business operations. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide should be accurate and kept reasonably current.
3. Providers and third parties
Aroeno may connect users with independent funeral homes, vendors and other providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services, prices, availability and representations.
4. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Aroeno the limited permission necessary to host, display and process that content to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
5. Payments
Where payments are available, transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Applicable prices, taxes, refunds and provider charges may vary by service.
6. Availability
We work to keep Aroeno reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party failures or circumstances outside our control.
7. Prohibited use
Do not misuse Aroeno, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, impersonate another person, distribute malware, abuse communications, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service changes. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or other legitimate operational reasons.
